Unable To Make Outbound Google Voice Calls

Attempting to make a outbound call using google voice and hear the following: "the number you are trying to call is rejected by the service provider reason 500."

Anyone have this issue as well,if so were you able to resolve it and how?

Same problem here, 200 model, I it shows connected and active on device and obi site. Google shows authorized app. Incoming calls go to gvoice voicemail.
