I've had an issue with OBiTalk calls responding with a 404 error ("rejected by the service provider - reason 404"), while the echo test (**9222222222) works fine.

Some ISPs and third-party DNS providers seem to be stripping out headers required for OBiTalk to respond. If anyone else has had this experience and knows more about this, please contribute.
The fix I found was to change the OBi DNS settings to Cloudflare:
SM/WAN Settings/Internet Settings/DNSServer1:=1.1.1.1
SM/WAN Settings/Internet Settings/DNSServer2:=1.0.0.1
Now, I have consistent service.
