I've updated OBi firmware in the past but when currently looking at updating my OBi200 manually I'm unable to find the the "Device Update" page under "System Management" as described at http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=9.0. What am I missing? Thanks.

Are you looking at the local management pages? The ones you get to by pointing a browser to your OBi's IP address.  The update page is not on the portal at obitalk.com.
