I was going through the SIP Sorcery forums today and I noticed it can do CNAM look-ups through your Google Voice contacts and display those for caller ID.  It can also pull CNAM from the white pages website if you get a developer ID.  I don't believe they are currently giving out free accounts but paid accounts are only $35 per year.
