The Power light OFF indicated "no power" according to the manual, but the LAN activity is blinking green. I can't seem to get the IP address by either ***1 (dead), or by doing a LAN scan on the network side.

When I plug power in, the Power light is red for a few seconds until the LAN green activity light starts blinking, then it goes off.

Any ideas?!?

Just to add...I did use a tester and verified the power adapter is putting out 12V, so that's not it.

So now, when plugged in, the power light goes red for a couple seconds, then off, and ALL lights are off.

So am I dead and need a new one? Or missing anything?

You can try a factory reset.
There is a reset button access hole on the bottom of the OBi110.
Press and hold the reset button with a paper clip until the OBi110 reboots.

A PSU can be defective even if it's producing 12v.
Do you have a 12v power supply from an old router you can try?
I have 2 that work with my OBi110.
